At VORO, we invite you to savor the Mediterranean through an uncomplicated gastronomic experience. Our Tasting Menu, conceived as a sensory journey where technique, flavor, and aesthetics merge, celebrates the gastronomic diversity of Spain, its Mallorcan, Mediterranean, and Andalusian roots, reinterpreted with creativity and respect for the ingredients.

Each dish tells a story, where seasonal ingredients and references to the surrounding environment transform into emotions that awaken the senses. This experience is an invitation to enjoy an unforgettable evening, where excellence, emotion, and memory converge in every bite.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advance purchase of one ticket per person to confirm your reservation.
• Punctuality: a 20-minute grace period is allowed.
• For dietary restrictions, it is essential to contact the restaurant in advance. Smart casual dress code (gentlemen: long trousers and closed-toe shoes).
• Adults only: no one under 16 is permitted.
• For groups of more than 6 people, contact is mandatory via email (voro@capvermell.com).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The reservation will only be effective upon receipt of confirmation by email or SMS.
• The menu includes seafood, vegetables, and offal; adaptations are not guaranteed without prior notice.
• Vegan, vegetarian, meat, or similar menus are not available.
• Cancellations must be made exclusively by email (voro@capvermell.com) at least 48 hours in advance to receive a ticket refund.
